Allow us to help you manage your medications with our SureMed Multimed cards. Each month we will call you to review your medications, then our pharmacy team will individually package your medications by date and time of day that you are supposed to take them. With our easy to use adherence packaging, we will help you take the right dose, on the right day, at the right time. Medicare open enrollment period is October 15 - December 7 each year.  During this time, your plan may change which could affect the cost and coverage of your medications.  During this time we will work with you to make sure your prescription plan still meets your needs for the upcoming year.
